the staff are all very professional.they manage well the fine balance of working within a small town where everyone knows each other, being respectful and yet providing care that is welcoming and comforting. I have to give a particular mention to the reception staff! - all too often stories are told of horrendous staff to get past - yet at Jedburgh, they couldn't be more helpful, and accomodating of people with disabilities ( i have a hearing problem, and they always print out an appt slip for me- without needing me needing to ask). I've never had a problem getting to see my doctor of choice within reason, and referrals are promptly carried out.

It's a small local practice, and as such, it is very welcomming, and staff are great, very pleasant and helpful, sometimes difficult to get an appointment with own doctor at short notice (within a week) but if you are prepared to see another G.P. its not usually an issue, I find the fact it has an 'open' surgery every weekday morning very handy, as if you go down in the morning you can 9 times out of 10 see your 1st choice of G.P. Having recently been expanded, the services offered has increased, and so hasthe space in the building. The team there are excellent, all of them, from G.P's to receptionists, to cleaning staff.
