The receptionists are so rude and unhelpful it’s so unfortunate they clearly need more training.

Lovely lady Doctors. Most doctors here are very helpful. (with one male exception - BS) It can be hard to get an appointment sadly. But telephone appointments are sometimes an option. And if you need a same day appointment phone before 11 and they will see if they think it sounds urgent.

Doctors remind you of the cost of all treatments and hospital referrals. Love telephone consultations, and diagnosing over the telephone. Don't go "in to bat" for their patients as they should, so difficult chronic cases may have to suffer unnecessarily?

Do not prioritise patients in pain as an emergency. If they have no telephone slots left, you have to try your luck the next day. They also love to diagnose over the phone too! This is unprofessional, and uncaring practice.
