The doctors are fantastic, they care and help as much as possible. I know they are very very busy as is the entire nhs but they always listen and are respectful. It isn’t always easy to get an appointment but that’s the nhs..:

Its impossible to get through to a doctor because receptionists are acting on behalf of the doctors.God knows what the doctors do at Ilford Medical Centre since receptionists answer your health issues.Terrible management and unaccountability.Very rude unhelpful receptionists.

Do something about the dreadful management at Ilford Medical Centre.

Appalling , arrogant , threatening unhelpful receptionists. The last ten years Ilford Medical Centre has got worse.
