Not always easy to get an appointment at 8.30 and difficult if you work in Leeds and have to get to work and then wait to see what time you can get an appointment - day before would be helpful.

it would be helpful to be able to make a repeat appointment with the doctor who has requested tests/follow up rather than trying to phone each day to see if there are any available appointments

The practice does everything it can to get you an appointment but they are under far too much pressure of number of patients.

Very difficult to get appointments due to certain procedures set in place. Receptionists are usually hassled and unhelpful. Staff in the on site pharmacy are very slow. Some doctors are very helpful however it is difficult to get certain things done/prescribed. Antibiotics for anything are pretty much off the cards entirely. It appears they have very strict rules/regulations in which patient care takes a backseat.

It's extremely hard work to book an appointment at this surgery. The surgery is always clean though. Doctors are pleasant, though can feel rushed.
