I have been a patient at this practice for years, I find all the staff nurses and doctors good, but recently I have visited dr Baktar who is an exceptional doctor, his mannerisms and everything is so nice, he is such a gentleman as well as the best doctor I have seen, he has helped me through a lot lately while I’m waiting for my hospital appointment, I really hope this doctor is there to stay.

I have been a patient here for many years and recommend the practice and it’s drs and nurses highly always very helpful and lovely never had an issue in getting an appointment ever lately I ha w been to see a Dr baktar I have never seen such a lovely kind compassionate clever doctor his manner with myself and my elderly Nanna who I’ve taken to see him and he was really really good with her he is a credit to this practice and I hope he is staying with us !! All the Dr here a good and excellent in what they do but just found Dr baktar goes above and beyond for his patience

Thou the care you receive when you go to the surgery is the best they can give you ,there is only three doctors I am confident in seeing ...I understand it’s a teacher surgery I everyone needs to learn things I am finding it’s more & more of doctors which I don’t know & don’t usually see them again.I have been at this surgery since I was 9yrs now 51yrs the support they have given me is the best.THANK YOU. Just two things I think could improve is appointments made easier to get & with the doctors you want it’s hard the ring when you work,and some of the receptionists are sometimes not helpful or friendly.

I contacted the surgery on Good Friday expecting it likely to be closed. However the answerphone message oprion 1 advised me I was in a queue so I awaited my turn. After 10 minutes , I selected option 3 to see if the wait time was shorter. Sadly not, so I drove to the surgery in person. Alas it was closed with shutters down. please make sure CORRECT answerphone message is put on, as this was misleading. and frustrating. Today I have the same symptoms but was offered a call back this morning. It is now 16.40 and no call yet. On a positive note, the Doctors are very helpful and am grateful for their care

The GP’s are great. The admin staff are absolutely 100% useless. Tell you one thing and do another. My prescription is now sat in a bag until Monday when the clinic reopens leaving me without medication because i was told by admin my prescrition would be picked up by Sainsbury’s. Sainsbury’s said they only pick up once week. Aaaaargh!!?! Why didn’t the prescription go through automatically via computer?!? Why didn’t the admin staff tell me!!! Useless and potentially dangerous admin staff!
