My little boy had a fall at school which resulted in a open cut to his head, been a first time mum I didn’t know if to go to A&E or to the doctors. The lovely receptionist had a doctor call me and he got me in within half an hour after doing a over the phone assessment and he felt they could deal with it. The staff all rallied round my little boy and got him sorted and I couldn’t be more grateful
