Staff have always been helpful, and try to give you the best service (especially the receptionists) and where you can obtain further information. I have had no complaints, even during Covid I have been able to speak to someone about my health. Thank you and well done

Lucky to have this team in the area. Friendly, helpful; any diagnosis doubts and you are sent for tests to clarify issue. Have been a patient here for many years - and hope to be for many more! In particular Dr Mobin Salahuddin is as we remember GPs "used to be": gets to know his patients and treats them as individuals and not as a list of symptoms and an NHS number. Only downside is that his popularity can make it difficult to get an appointment with this specific doctor.

Excellent friendly and very helpful Reception staff. The Doctors and Nurses are always approachable and have listened, advised and provided excellent medical care. My husband and myself have been patients at this surgery for many years and appreciate the professional health care we have received from all members of staff.

If it wasn't for the caring and professional manner in which all the doctors and nurses have at this practise, I wouldn't be here today. After having cancer treatment and taking a year to recover I have been thoroughly looked after in every way. I can't praise Dr. Salahuddin and all the staff enough. This is how medical practises were in the past and I am so lucky to have this surgery now.

I was advised by the doctor that I should have an older person's health check (as advertised in the waiting room) and therefore I made an appointment to see the nurse for this. When I attended, at 1 pm, the nurse told me that the doctor had not specified whether I should have 'fasting' blood-tests or not and if so, I would need a morning appointment. Therefore, she would need to ask the doctor. If it is decided that I do need to have fasting blood tests, this will mean two appointments with the practice nurse instead of one - thus wasting my time as well as the nurse's. The doctor must have known that fasting bloods need to be taken in the morning and should have advised me as necessary - before telling me to make an appointment to see the nurse. When arranging an appointment with the practice nurse, the receptionist needs to know for what purpose the patient needs the appointment - and whether this will have to be before a certain time of day.
