On the recommendation of one of the doctors , I had been putting ear drops into my ears for two weeks , & had become extremely deaf. I phoned the surgery on Wednesday & spoke to Mo , the receptionist who is always so friendly & helpful. She managed to book me an appointment with a nurse for this morning (Saturday). Nurse Julie was very friendly & professional & explained why I had become so deaf & needed to have my ears syringed. Within a few minutes this was done & I can now hear again. The service offered was quick , efficient & friendly throughout. Now that the surgery reserves some appointments every morning & afternoon for emergencies it is easy to get an appointment on the same day , which is excellent.
