This practice has always provided a great service but over the past few years it has got better and better and I could not fault any aspect of the care they offer. How they have managed through Covid and its aftermath I do not know, but they deserve a 5 star rating.

The instruction at the door to "check in with a member of staff" is a little vague. Should a patient speak to the person on the desk, or go to the office/dispensary window ?

You are incredibly organised and there is a very clear course of communication and action being taken. It makes you feel confident and reassured as all staff members at the surgery without exception, know what is going on and are straight forward and pragmatic. Hugely appreciated. Bravo!
