The reception staff at this practice are diabolical. They are demeaning, harsh, rude and judgmental. I have witnessed them talk to elderly patients in horrifying patronising tones, and they are little better with myself (I am in my 20s). They treat people with pure disdain just for wanting to see a doctor, and are spectacularly unhelpful. It is such a shame, as to a person the doctors at this surgery are amazing. I just dread talking to the reception staff. They also change the system of operation with frightening regularity, and they don't directly update patients about it. For example, they have reset the rules for telephone consultations three times in the last year, and there has been no notice of this on the website or otherwise. You run a constant "am I totally up to date on how this practice operates?" gamble.
