Dr L Atterton is a fabulous addition to the Hospital Hill team. I have seen her for appointments,but also recently took my son to see her and she was great with him. She is very thorough, kind and explains things clearly, putting you at ease.

The only thing is it can be quite difficult to get through on the phone to arrange an appointment. If you keep trying it is usually fine and will be trialed, but it can take a lot of calls. I appreciate that the line is very busy though with lots of people needing care.

Impossible to get appointment. Phone system constantly advises to phone later and you never get through.

I received a triage appointment today with Dr Soppitt first of all she excused herself as she was munching on nuts as she was hungry!! Very rude. Then I was told ‘ she was too busy to see me and if they could split themselves into lots of different bits and give everyone what they wanted it would be good but they can’t’ not helpful when your feeling upset and manic. I never want to speak to her again I’ve told the receptionist as much. I’ve never felt so unsupported by anyone this has been going on for months.

Treat patients with care instead if dismissing them and making them feel like they are bothering you.

By far the worst GP Surgery in Fife. Avoid this place like the plague. Dr S is uncaring, abrupt, nippy and unprofessional. My 88 year old Father needs help and they do nothing.

Get a Doctor who cares.

Was at surgery to get bloods and asked receptionist if I could make an appointment for doc and she said no u have to fone in,(it was the way she said it) I think the reception staff need training in dealing with patients and manners. Someone came in who wasn’t a patient and the receptionist attitude totally changed being all smiles laughing. I came home n called surgery to get an appoint and was told to call back the following day as triage was closed, at 8.58 am. I have been with this surgery for over 20 yrs and it’s definitely went down hill.
