Really good doctors cannot fault them.
Been cut off five calls after being told I’m first in the queue, the last time after 9 minutes. Currently first in queue and have been for 34 minutes. Impossible to get through, cannot go to practice. It’s not the first time this has happened, either.
Lately I've been more in contact with Dr Kaur and Dr Cairnes although its been via the phone due to the whole covid situation but they have been so so amazing. They have listened to me. They made time for me. I understand it is a Doctors job to listen and make time but whilst I've been talking to them I've not felt rushed to get to the point or anything. I've spoken to them about me personal situation and they showed care they showed they want to help me. I cannot thank both doctors enough. I feel that not just these two doctor's but all doctors are underappreciated. They have been going to work during the pandemic and caring for us. The way both doctor's have listened to me during my I don' know if it was a mini breakdown or what but they didn't judge me. They didn't make comments. They did what someone close to me should me doing. I felt so much better after talking to them. I cannot thank them enough.
