Everyone is polite and helpful. Great practice who delivers great care. You can get appointment quickly.

Always treated with respect- electronic prescriptions need to be worked on- information doesn't always get through electronically somehow!

Every single appointment when u finally get one is always 30 minuites late. Receptionists are so rude! Iv never had a nice colleague help me

Horsmans Place is a very busy practice but all the staff seem to work incredibly hard for the patients. There can sometimes be queues leading out of the building and getting an urgent appointment can be a struggle sometimes but the doctors are very good, especially Dr Noorpuri who is quite marvellous!

Dr Seehra is the best doctor I have ever had (I have had 4/5 in my lifetime). He is always very helpful and a great listener. You never feel like he is in a rush or trying to get you out as quick as he can. A very understanding doctor.
Getting an appointment isn't always the easiest but the online booking system saves a lot of waiting on hold over the phone. Emergency on the day appointments are a struggle though.
