tried to get appointment told there is none try again at end of week but probably wont be any then,tried ask my GP hope surgery is not doing online services, so i dont know what to do next

SHOCKING
THE OLD SURGERY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODERN OR AS BIG BUT GETTING A APPOINTMENT WAS MUCH EASIER.
YOU DONT GET TO SEE THE SAME DOCTOR WHICH I PREFETE
AS THEY GET TO KNOW YOU .AND YOU THEM
AS IN ALL THINGS THERE ARE GOOD AND NOT SO GOOD
I ALWAYS SEEM TO GET THE NOT SO GOOD DOCTORS AT THIS SURGERY ..

Just registered at the practice and Karen one of the receptionist made me extremely welcome and “went the extra mile” in making sure I was looked after.

The system is shocking when people are phoning around 8ish to be told all the appoiments have gone in that space of time i am unhappy every 1 their you talk to dont give you a right manner clearly they dont care about people health i find the staff rude at times the staff at hope medical center
