You cannot make a appointment by phone you start to ring at 8 in the morning and it is engaged you may get through at 8 20 if you are lucky and by then all the appointment are gone and even if your doctor wants you back in 2 weeks time you still have to go through the same route and as for the doctor's line you start to ring at 11.30 and still cannot get through you will be on the line until 12.30 and still not get anywhere no answer only enaged all the time so that's another day gone the time you get to see the doctor could be end of the week if you can get through

Trying to get a doctor's appointment is in possible to get even if the doctor wants you back in 2 weeks time you are told to ring on the morning to get one I start to ring at 8 o clock that morning cannot get through it could be twenty minutes then all the appointment s are gone so it maybe about Wednesday before you can get one if you are lucky the phone line is also a waste of time some days you cant get on it other times you may get though at 12 26 but that's to late because it finishes at 12 30 so again cant get any where on the day you need them they cant cope with the patient s now and they are still takeing on people

Impossible to get an appointment. Clinical staff are amazing but sadly admin staff are really rude and unhelpful and let the practice down.

I was upset to hear that my mum feeling unwell & age 78 feels the need to got to the practise at 8am in the morning. To get in a queue in order to make an emergency appointment for that day. She said that if you ring you can't get through & when you do there are no appontments left. I live locally & am not with this practise & my Dr's run a system where you have to ring for an emergency appointment. I've never had to go to the clinic to get an appointment. My mum is one of many people in the area who feel they have to do this. Perhaps people should be making their views known to the practise manager as surely they are unaware that this is going on.

This medical practice is a joke. It’s impossible to get an appointment, and the reception staff are beyond unhelpful. I was unable to make an appointment by phone so went in at 8am the following day to be seen only to be turned away because I wasn’t registered and they refused to help me with my application.
