Very difficult to get an appointment. Often a 2 week waiting list. Unhelpful reception staff but I guess they are either over subscribed or do not have enough doctors. The care feels very rushed.

So hard to get an appointment even when you explain to them that the doctor has you going through tests to find out what's wrong you try to get an appointment which seems before they even answer the phones the appointments are all gone. I've gotten a letter from my doctor asking me to make an appointment about my blood tests as I've been really ill and in alot of pain. I can't get a appointment again and I'm having to wait till 31st March to find out so when I go away for a week as I have explained I will do nothing but worry. I don't know who I spoke to today but don't really wish to deal with this person again who made me feel like a child.

the reception staff run the place and their version w of triage is putting the phone down on you because all the appointments are gone for today, by 7.30am. They deem it perfectly acceptable to speak in incredibly rude and disrespectful ways to patients. They really do not care why you are ringing or how serious your need is. there are corporate messages about how unacceptable it is to miss appointments. It "COSTS" the NHS - why, does everyone go home then if a patient fails to attend? Seeing as its impossible to get on e is doesn't occur to them people might be dead this why they fail to attend. I had a kidney infection and was told it was a lifestyle problem - now I have scars on my kidneys. I was 10 minutes late for a surgery running an hour and half late and was "declined" my appointment. Its impossible to get an appointment and they will do nothing to fit you in unless you get aggressive/assertive about it. the last time I was late - again 10 minutes due to transport, I was told I didn't deserve to see a doctor! I had to say I wasn't leaving until I did - who wants to have to do that? Avoid at all costs.

I am new to Brockley and chose this practice based on reviews - i'm very pleased I did. You can actually get through on the phone, the receptionists are friendly / helpful , and it's clean. They were only running a few mins late for my afternoon appointment. The only GP I've been seen by so far is doctor Rachel Bennet, but I'd highly recommend. She had a friendly manner , listened to me, and seemed to care. I also have complex prescriptions she helped sort efficiently. Thanks!

Getting an appointment means you have to wake up at 6.45am to get through at roughly 7.15am to then be told that all the appointments are gone. When you do finally get an appointment you then wait over 45 minutes to be seen. Th3 customer service is terrible and makes me consider changing doctor surgeries You can't request a repeat prescription over to phone unless you are bed ridden, they don't take into consideration the time it takes to come.
