I was with Hollymoor MC for a number of years and earlier on I was seeing Dr. Rathod, she was excellent she was thorough compassionate and I always felt so much better after seeing her, I also saw Dr. Beech on occasions she too was very good. That’s the good news. I had a very serious health problem occur, due to the fact that I was totally misinformed by a member of staff regarding reducing medication with the view of coming off it altogether. The result of her guidance resulted in me being very very ill in phenomenal pain and admitted to hospital. I lodged a very in-depth written complaint which received a very in sensitive reaction from the assistant Practice Manager. There are some very obnoxious receptionists at the surgery, this “call at 8 in the morning” is ridiculous there are NEVER any available appts. We are now with West Heath very happy, the receptionists are very polite and helpful, the difference is amazing, we also get text about any forthcoming appointments which is a great back-up. I have never felt so humiliated in my life as I did when we were with that surgery. They are a total disgrace.
