On the 28th Sept I called with ongoing breathing problems and also a lump that is pressing on a nerve in my back the receptionist I’m sure was pretending to be a GP even though she couldn’t spell the answers she decided to leave me talking to myself on the phone next min she came back and told me to call 999 by this point my ansxiety kicked in I asked if she was qualified to keep asking about my health which she said yes I then asked her to get me a manager so this very rude doctor came on the phone and said you will have to put up with the lump till they send for you with that I told him I wanted a second opinion about my breathing he put the phone down on me I admit the call didn’t go very well as like I said I have mental illness but then I received a letter telling me I’m abusive and aggressive which I’m not standing for and I will do whatever I have to do to clear my name I can say this is by far the worse doctors I have ever had I have been with them 16months I think they need to sit and read some of the reviews and take on board that they have a duty of care to us as patients and they need to accept the appalling lack of service we are receiving as for the practise manager I have tried contact you several times today to let you know even in a court of law I would get to give my side of the story before I got my head chopped off but not you I’m condemned from the word go so as you have put me on the naughty chair and left me a message that you will talk to me in due course I will state my case on here I have tried to get you people to take notice and look after me for 16mths yes I have had a couple of good doctors but I have also had bad ones I have a lot of medical conditions that need taking care off right now I have breathing problems that cause me distress I also have a lump that needs to be removed now that it’s causing problems so for your duty doctor to tell me I have to put up with it is just disgusting so that a big complaint I would like you to follow up as I’m sure he hasn’t had a letter from you then there’s your reception staff again some are very nice but some are rude and should not be given the power they think they have then there’s the nurse I have begged for her help not seen her since March that’s another story I will take up with you another time as you know I have complained several times about the lack of care from you to the point I don’t feel safe that your looking after me which isn’t good so before you start throwing the words abusive at me and aggressive please take back these words and change them to a lady with anxiety that can’t cope with anybody else taking her down as you well know this is a nasty condition you already treat me for and also pay more attention on your receptionist and doctors behaviour in this matter Thankyou


Stop turning the phones off and pushing us on to walk in centres and hospitals and start giving us the duty of care we deserve
