The staff, both medical and administrative are professional and friendly. There is no need to make an appointment, which is the way that all surgeries should be. It seems that every effort is made to give a complete treatment to patients.

Great that I could see my doctor on the day I needed to i.e. no appointment meant necessary. Dr Adams very attentive and thorough as ever.

I think that care at Holly Tree Surgery could not be improved, we are so lucky to have all the staff that we do - and hope that it will not ever be necessary to change in anyway. Thank you to everyone who plays a part in the day to day running of Holly Tree for the patients. I am sure I am not alone with my thanks.

Good. Clear explained advice. Because with my views included in decisions. Improve. I like the 'walk-in' arrangements, no appointments to see GP, but preferred the later afternoon sessions and would like some Saturday opening.
