Our experience was wonderful. My husband was booked in for removal of staples after surgery in France. Our appointment with the nurse was absolutely on time,
none of the 22 staples hurt. When I asked if she could do a bloodtest that I'd had trouble booking on Swiftqueue for the correct day, she accessed the form (we are with another Lewisham care partnership practice). This seemed to me exactly how a care partnership should work - just like our vet!!!
The nurse was lovely and the receptionists very friendly
I am 75 yrs old, disabled and bed bound.8 weeks ago I had a heart attack and went to Kings College Hospital, Since coming home, during the past week they have been so helpful.I have had 2 nurses contact me to check I was Ok. Tonight a Doctor called me to check I am Ok. Very pleased with all of them.
This surgery doesn't care about the elderly at all!! They don't like to do home visits for housebound patients. The Drs rush to get you off the phone on a call back consultation. It is the worst surgery I have ever come into contact with. Do not register with them.
You have to wait days sometimes weeks to see the doctor you want, often appointment are running between 30 minutes and an hour late. When you do see a doctor they want you out the door as fast as possible, never really listening to your concerns
I’ve been told they don’t give appointments for the future.phone in for a “book on the day appointment” get told next available appointment is in a months time ,same time a family member went to ask in the surgery face to face for an appointment gets told to phone in.spend two hours on the phone get told two come in and queue up at 8 am.
Sort your appointments policy out !
