Absolute rubbish very poorly trained staff couldn’t give a hoot classic waste of tax payers money. Can’t even follow their own rules ref medication prescriptions . 14 days before resolved lead to falling ill due to medication withdrawal symptoms almost ending in hospital . Very irresponsible and dangerous behaviour

Once again the spectre of incompetence rears its ugly head in this so called practice reference medication and repeats. Enquiring today as to why my pharmacist has not recieved my repeat form signed. The reply was because they never recieved it. A blatant lie it happens far too frequently and I often see others often elderly patients with the same issue simply fobbed off . I was told it wont be resolved until Monday despite visiting the practice.

Stop blowing you trumpets and start doing what your actually meant to be doing and in a proffessional and caring manner if its even possible. To many karens sat behind the counter

Very disappointed in this Practice and will be discussing its failure with the Health Board. Completely unacceptable level of care. Put patient at risk by failing to provide essential serious conditions medication. Registered at GP and one month later still couldn’t get medication despite being promised repeatedly by a registered and non registered employees. I told my family member to come here and I feel guilty that their health was put seriously at risk

An awful surgery, the DWP requested a letter from them and this surgery ignored them, I've paid for the surgery to write a letter containing the info requested. Apparently this surgery is different from every other surgery and just won't provide information about me. When they finally decide to do this letter they provide incorrect info. Practice manager and also an operations manager and maybe an assistant manager fail to call back when they say they will. Receptionist has a chip on her shoulder and doesn't even listen to you on the phone without giving attitude. Complaint in the process to the ombudsman.
