I had my first meeting with Nurse Janet Abbott today and was very impressed with her care and attention and her pleasant conversation which put me at ease immediately. She was also very helpful in looking up my previous consultation with my GP and advising me on the best course of action which was to make an appointment to see my GP. This I did but unfortunately I now have to wait six weeks to see the doctor. I did say that my complaint is not urgent but I think this is an unacceptable time to wait.
