The surgery i believe is one of working in a complacent way.Dr Seehra who recently retired may have been well known in the lowestoft community and have served patients there for a long time. The facts are though that his surgery not long ago was put in to special measures by the Care Quality Commission, the lowest grade possible. Dr Seehra shortly after this retired. The surgery recently got another grade of requires improvement, not much better.The doctors at the surgery lack any real enthusiasm in there work, and when trying to book an appointment the reception staff try to go in to a dialogue with you to diagnose your child's or your illness or condition, which of course is totally inappropriate.Have to say that I agree with the Care Quality Commission findings and grading of this surgery.
