Not enough doctors - hard to get appointments and always speaking to a locum or doctor from a different practice. I know lockdown has changed things but this was always the case prior to the lockdown as well. Only had one permanent doctor at this practice since the other main doctor retired a while back. Nurses provide most of the care and most of the experienced nurses have moved on. New nurses are not as good at making me feel involved in deciding on my care / medication / plan. With the new, younger nurses I feel that I get spoken at rather than spoken to. Receptionists generally very helpful but they're always very busy.

Suggested improvements
Recruit more doctors please. Newer nurses to learn from the experiences nurses that are already there please. Consider sound proofing the walls a bit more - doctor / patient conversation should be private and the same goes for the nurses rooms too!
