Not regular attenders at the surgery but an attempt to make a routine appointment made me feel very disappointed, I was waiting for over 15 mins in a queue and then was answered by a very abrupt unhelpful receptionist who was dismissive of my request to make the appointment on my afternoon off, she did not give me time to explain my requirements and when I specified my request cut me off!, however on all other occasions I have received excellent service from reception, nurses, dispensary and in particular Dr Ashley Norman and Dr Pears. It is a shame one member of staff can spoil it for others.
