Doctors & staff always give excellent service with same day responses to requests for advice / appointments. The long queues for an answered phone call are recognised as part of the current situation within the NHS generally.

Not really HMC give an excellent service - but - have been waiting 8 months for an endoscopy and a Dexa scan.

I try not to ask to see a Dr as often as I might have done in the past but when I have asked it has been difficult; I've been asked to call again and eventually was able to see a locum....this puts me off seeking help. Phone consultations and online form filling can also be a barrier to seeking help or advice.

Hard to be made to feel that asking for an appointment is a step too far!!

My appointment was easy to arrange. The receptionists were helpful, friendly and efficient The treatment was prompt, friendly, efficient and courteous.
