I pre-booked to have clips/staples taken out, two weeks post TKR right knee about a month ago. I booked early as when I had the left knee done in October, I rang the surgery on the Thursday following surgery on the Monday, to book clips out and they couldn’t fit me in. This meant I had to travel to the hospital in Crowborough to have it done. The experience this week was excellent though.

All good this time.

I don’t have personal experience, as luckily I seldom need to visit the doctor but my husband regularly does and often has to wait for long periods on the phone.

Yesterday was very good, we were taken on time, very pleasant staff.

This visit was for COVID booster and booked via phone text. Very easy to use and the doctor giving injection was very pleasant efficient.
