Receptionists regularly fail to make make appointments when they say they have and GPS never or rarely keep those appointments. Receptionists fail to get dates and dosages correct on a regular basis of medication and have forced me to do without medication on a regular basis fhr serious health conditions which has led to serious withdrawal and hospitalisation and also on one occasion I has to be resuscitated in an ambulance on route to a and e. Dr's and mental health nurses in the practice regularly fail to make other appointments that are required for my care and have often been led me down the garden to and I find out they have not done anything of the things discussed on my card they promised to do. Receptionists at times have been aggressive rude and argumentative and recently once again have left me without medication for a month due to repeated errors on dates ssbd dosage and have told me they will refuse to discuss or deal with medication mistakes with me. I am having to do workout fairly regularly and it has seriously impacted my physical and mental l health 'although I have told the receptionists that I cabt take this anymore and I have attempted suicide mdo many times as the stress they are pitying me through us do vast they still have shown very little or no consideration and still refuse to support me with medications my gp has prescribed. I've also had put of hours drs shout at me down the phone because had to get regular emergency prescriptiond as I've been made to do without and I should not have to cope with all this abuse.

Better????? Are you joking? With respect you have a responsibility not to refuse medical care to anyone!

Receptionists helpful when booking appointments. Doctors and nurses always professional, knowledgable and friendly. Always feel they listen to my concerns and offer excellent and reassuring advice/treatment.
