I have been a patient at Helios for many years. The care provided is, in my view, without equal. Reception staff (who are first in line) are caring and helpful; the clinical staff - doctors and nurses - are patient and sympathetic but at the same time rigorously professional. I know that in other surgeries, you are restricted to just one topic and have limited time with a doctor, but I never feel rushed during an appointment. Sometimes this results in late appointments, but this is a small and unavoidable price to pay for the care and attention provided.

Recently moved to Bristol from Scotland, registered at this practice. I have had no issues in doctor consultations or treatment options. Waiting time can be long sometimes but that's very understandable given the pressure on Doctors and nurses. Overall I'm very pleased so far to be a patient here. Thank you

Hello Again I am a new patient at this surgery I came with DR louise Tulloh from Almondsbury. I have found all staff at Helios to be very polite and most helpful at all times weather on a visit or on the phone

A friendly, efficient and helpful practice which I have recently joined. I am very impressed by their prompt telephone answering system and the ability to obtain an appointment without having to wait too long. Appointments with the Doctor or Practice Nurse take place on time.

Generally a decent practice but it is very hard to get through to receptionists and when you do the waiting times are far too long (understandably this is an NHS issue and not directly the practice'S fault). Some of the staff there are very helpful and give you the time of day required. Others seem to be too concerned about targets.
