I left this practice as it was so poor. Horrible experience and really would not recommend. It simply seems poor to the point of danger to health.

Everything needs improved - from receptionists/admin staff who seem to not like anyone not British, to the poor level of knowledge among the GPs to the complete failure to address complaints.

I have been a patient for many years and have always had excellent care but non more so than the last 3 years after a long term heart condition diagnosis. ALL STAFF are super efficient and caring and always respond to my individual medical needs when I need them the most. The reception staff are friendly and professional and everyone I then meet along the way do an excellent job, even when they are extremely busy I always feel very well taken care of.
