On 4th February I phoned just after 9am, when the automated message told me I was 5th in the queue, I was still on the phone nearly an hour later when I had moved just one place, as this was totally unacceptable I decided to phone my very helpful local pharmist who advised me to go to the Alexandra Avenue walkin centre, which I did & was seen in just under an hour, I found the staff there very helpful which is not what I found at my GP surgery.
