When you get in to see a doctor they are very good. I find you have to wait 2-3 weeks to see your own doctor. You can phone on the day to get an emergency appointment but usually with a student/locum. Services like seeing the nurse are much more prompt. Dr Wright is my doctor and is helpful and you get the feeling you are getting personal care.

Have always found the practice very efficient. Appointments have been able to be arranged at mutually convenient times. The overall service has been 1st Class. Possibly consider a text reminder system for appointments (similar to our Dentist)

Receptionists are friendly.patient and polite The appointment system is frustrating but in an emergency there is provision to wait for an appointment with an available doctor Internet registration is available E-mails on services and advice available would be useful for those who do not need to attend the surgery very often and therefore do not pick up newslettersetc
