Trying to get an appointment at this practice is an absolute nightmare. They have introduced online appointment booking which is useless - when you search for appointments even two weeks in the future nothing appears! No consideration is given to the fact the people work full time, often out of the immediate area, so it is unrealistic to expect people to stay at home and phone at 8.30 in the hope of getting one of the few appointments released on the day. A lot of friends and family are registered at practices where online appointments are available within a few days or, for the none urgent cases or concerns, a Doctor call back service is available. The Hawthorns really needs to review its practices to bring it in line with other. If it hadn't have been for the care from two excellent Doctors within this practice then we would have moved a long time ago.
