Tried to call up during the day to request that my doctor call, but the receptionist answered the phone, Said his name was Dylan, then said we are getting broken up when the line was completely fine and my signal was fine. He then hung up. I tried to call back and it said the surgery is closed for lunch. He obviously made an excuse, hung up and went for lunch. Aside from that, its impossible to get an appointment without spam calling at 7:59am and still get placed in a 25 person queue. It has taken me very long to see a doctor about something that is pretty urgent. The doctor had written in his notes that he didn't believe what I was telling him, and ignored the opinion of another doctor. I believe he was trying to get the case over with as soon as possible, and refer me somewhere unneeded. He did not tell me that he didn't believe the other doctor or myself, I had to find that out by calling up and asking why I was being referred to the wrong place. Overall a very negative experience that could threaten my wellbeing. Completely unacceptable service.

Have respectful reception staff, and review your doctor's ethics and methodology.

The reception team were friendly knowledgeable and super efficient. I regret I didn't get any of the names but both were great. I really appreciate the way my issue was dealt with and resolved. So easy and I was enabled to do everything over the phone. Thank you so much ladies.

I’m relatively new to this surgery and compared to the treatment I received at my previous GP, the treatment here is great. It is difficult to get an appointment at times, but I think that’s a reflection of the NHS as a whole rather than this individual surgery. The receptionists never query why I’m calling up to make an appointment and the doctors are extremely kind and considerate - you can tell that they are trying their best in the midst of a time when they are under much pressure and scrutiny. There hasn’t been a time where I’ve felt rushed or like I wasn’t being listened to, so I’d highly recommend this surgery, and particularly Dr Esler and Dr Bowie.

I've been on the books here since a kiddie. I struggle with alot of issues which I am usually in regular for but I can't get an appointment for love nor money. Then they have the audacity to send out a letter to suggest moving practices for if I ever need a Dr called out I am out of the catchment area. Receptionist are acting like they are drs/nurses on phone asking what's wrong with you to get an appointment. Then nurses talk down to you.

I am 7 years patient on your books never really needed any of you services now I am 18 pregnant and can’t believe the attitude and rudeness have received from the receptionist and no appointment still been booked.
