Awful surgery! Rude receptions. No appointments. They don't answer the phone at all and do not care if you work.
Hardly ever answer the phone. Hard to get a home visit. Wait far too long for repeat medication. Runs out before new one comes even though it’s put in a week before they run out. Dr shah removes medication provided by a consultant at the hospital and I ended up in hospital. Neighbor was misdiagnosed with kidney infection and subsequently died. This is being looked into.
The doctors are ok ,it's the management that needs sorting out .the girls on reception do their best ,but they don't seem to have any leadership .They close on the 3rd Thursday afternoon for staff training ,which seems to be a joke if the manager can't do the job how can they train the staff .Your told to phone at 8.00 am for an appointment ,but nobody answers the phone .I put an order in for my mum's monthly repeat prescription 1 week ago and the prescription still hasn't been signed .since being run by gtd this surgery has gone down hill ,get rid of this woman manager so it can be saved ,because she is useless .This surgery and doctors has for years done a very good job ,I've always been very pleased with everything they've done .It's a shame that the manager is letting it down ,Please get somebody that's qualified to do the job ,as this one isn't.
the most horrible doctors i have ever had receptionists as much use as an ash tray on motorbike doctors only 2 of any use chowdry hershan rest still looking in remedy books surgery horrible crowded never a window open in case receptionists get cold receptionists cannot book appointment unless getting directions,, to get appointment you wait 7/10 days or get told phone up at 8am next day repeat prescriptions have to be ordered every month even thoe your on them for life needs a total revamp of surgery and reception staff
