Went for an appointment last week. Chose to have the appointment early morning as hoped I would not have had to wait an age at that time in the morning as EVERY time I go to the doctors they are always running late. After 20 mins of waiting past my appointment time, I got up and went to ask the receptionist if I had been checked in properly and asked how much longer I would be seen. Receptionist was flirting about in front on me for a good 5 mins without even acknowledging me!! A nurse who had seen me waiting then came over and asked if I was still waiting to be seen. I told her I was so she called a receptionist over to assist me. When I asked my questions the receptionist said I could book another appointment if I wanted! No I don't want! I've made the appointment for that date and that time, why would I want to inconvenience myself further by rescheduling!? She said they would be with me soon. Went and sat down. Eventually when the nurse did call me in, there was no apology for the delay or acknowledgment that I'd been sat waiting all that time when I needed to get the work! Poor service. It's a joke! And I stress, it's like this EVERY time I go to the doctors. Sort it out!

Very busy, so it is unsurprising that occasionally it is not possible to make an immediate appointment. Nevertheless, all interactions with clinicians and all non-clinical staff over the six years I have been registered there, have been professional, co-operative, highly competent, and friendly. These matters are a major contribution to one's feeling of confidence and well-being.
