Efficient but demand out strips supply. The staff are doing outstanding work under a lot of pressure. I have nothing but praise for the team and the care I have and am receiving.

I think the Hatfield madical centre is the worst Doctors surgery I've ever been too, apart from the mount group practice in Doncaster. The doctors, all of them treat people like second class citizens! They don't listen to your illnesses, plus they actually give you meds that make you worse, instead of better! For a start I was suffering from chest pains, and without being examined, they put me on propanonal, which just gave me heart palpitations! Instead I self diagnosed, and now I no longer suffer from chest pains, I found out that I had a condition called costocondritus, which is a inflammation of your rib cartalege! Plus they had never even heard of the condition, and when I took certrazine, I nearly died, but if they had bothered reading this, they would have known this! But that's not all unfortunately we don't have enough space to articulate ourselves properly so that's all I have space for!!! Plus they've never even heard of Roemheld syndrome which I , again had to self diagnose and I no longer suffer from that! But the worst is I've still got 2 more serious health issues for which they are playing bat and ball with my health, sending me to the hospital, only to be told that they can't do anything for me, I have to go back to my GP so they can AGAIN send me to the hospital! All they are bothered about is time and money!! A bunch of amateurs, and how dare the doctors ask for a pay rise!!

Yes, everything! Actually examine me would be a great start! Instead off playing one off against the other, for while I'm still suffering, I could be dead! And I'm not joking, or indeed exaggerating! There is no such thing as client care anymore, they are just bothered about the pay cheque at the end of the week! It's that simple, but I will get things changed there if it kills me, which it may, but they are shit, all of them, apart from the poor old receptionist who have to deal with there shortcummings!!!!!!;

Sort out your online services they don't allow you to get prescription when you can't request items.staff in helpful they tell you to go online to order prescription but I've tried this for weeks nothing happens.needs sorting out what's point of having online services that you can't use point less.

Never get through to reception they send letters for you to call them and they never answer phone just cuts off or busy or they just don't answer calls there not helpful at all
