I have telephoned on two consecutive days to try and get, at least, a phone consultation. Both times I was told I was no appointments were available. During the second call the receptionist said I should get to the surgery at 0800hrs and join the queue waiting to get appointments. I was so unwell that I could not get out of bed. You need to employ more dedicated staff to answer the phones during busy periods so that people like myself with underlying issues can get some sort of service.
