It has been relatively easy to speak with a Dr. The amount of time however to get through to the surgery can be frustrating.
Suggested improvements
Hopefully things will get back to normal soon. The receptionists, being the first face of the practice, should always remember that. Have, on occasions, found them to be slightly dismissive. Do appreciate however they must face some difficult situations.
Can’t fault the consultation with GP. Excellent, thorough and very caring.
