Tried to ring for appointment at 8am as they tell you to do as I have a tingling down my right arm told might have an appointment in two weeks or I can ring at 8am each day to try get an appointment. I very rarely visit this surgery yet when your worried about something you can’t get anywhere absolutely disgusting

I submitted a form to obtain my medical report for my work which I explained to the lady I will be out of job if I do not provide it to my employer by a certain date she basically said is not her problem if Iam out of work that this report can take a month before they can give it to me Iam asking them to give me my records not anything else I can print it out myself I also ask to speak to a manager she refused me by saying all management are busy they have been in meetings for 2weeks this is futrasting can someone help please

Treat patients with respect and do not lie by telling them all management are busy

This surgery is now appalling, it takes days if not weeks to get an appointment. I waited three weeks for a telephone appointment and after waiting all day I called the receptionist at 6pm to be told the doctor tried to call me s as me my phone was engaged, I had not been on my phone all day and had the phone in my hand The doctor never even tried calling me back a second time I have been informed that I need to make a second appointment The service is atrocious

The doctor could have tried at least twice

The reception staff are friendly and helpful and they answer the phone quickly which is always appreciated!

Good practice but can improve by giving more options or chances to get in touch

Make more services / requests available online or via the app. A contact receptionist would be helpful via the app. Make it easier to make bookings or make referrals. Possibly video appointments when face to face isn’t possible.
