Would have given 0 stars but that's not an option. Doctors are great if you every get to see one. The receptionists are rude and entitled. They either do not answer the phone or are point blank rude, unhelpful and dismissive. They change the booking policy at their will. Morning same day appointments out at 8 call not answered till 8.30 no appoints. Afternoon appointments, oops we gave those out in the morning too. How about in 2 weeks. The people are useless.

Everything. Instead of hiring 10 useless people to hover around the reception area how about hiring competent friendly people that seem like they want to be there and will do the job.
