I spent three days phoning the surgery before I managed to get onto the phone queue and then eventually speak to somebody. When I went to the surgery I found the receptionist rude and abrupt. I felt a distinct lack of diversity training from them.

Suggested improvements
Have more staff to answer the phone. Give reception staff customer care and/or diversity training.
