I always end up waiting 30+ minutes for my scheduled appointments. The surgery is generally dirty and quite dated. The receptionists vary from unhelpful to unfriendly. The care is questionable at best. The doctors dont seem to actually listen to your problem and just tell you to do whatever it says in the book. Even if you've done it already. This is just a generally shoddy practice.
