I have every sympathy with most of the doctors at this surgery as there are so many new patients they have to deal with. I only resort to seeing a doctor if I'm genuinely unwell or have a potential problem but some 'patients' seem to use the centre as a 'drop in' facility. I have also heard some patients being aggressive towards the staff so it can't be easy for them. For the most part the doctors at this surgery are very good when you get to see them. Recently there has been a great improvement in the ability to see a doctor when you're ill as opposed to when you think you might be in the future! The system of a doctor calling you back is very helpful and means that if you really need to see someone you will get an appointment. However, it is really difficult to get through first thing in the morning if you need to see a doctor promptly. A while back I would have given this surgery a low score because it was almost impossible to get an appointment (especially with a doctor you know and trust). Sometimes the wait would be two weeks so you'd have to make do with someone who doesn't know your history. That is a waste of time and resources. However, things have improved considerably of late and I have been very impressed with the whole procedure and the speed with which I have been able to see a doctor or go for X-Rays and tests. Some of the receptionists could seriously improve their people handling skills but there is one, I think her name is Susan, who is more mature and with short greying hair, who is always kind and helpful. I do think that it was a mistake, with the influx of so many new patients over the years, to not allow patients who have been with the surgery for years to see the doctors who know them and their case histories. It makes more sense for the newcomers to be seen by doctors who have more recently joined the surgery so that they, too, could build up a rapport with one or two doctors. I'm supposed to be a patient of Dr. HInton and Dr. Lewis but I rarely get to see either of them these days, regrettably.

I saw Dr Nunes this morning . Very professional and caring happy with reccomandation and concerns. Totally riassured about the care receved.

Have had difficulty in the past getting appointments however, of late. I have found this is working better. The service I have received over the past six months has been fantastic and have been referred and seen quickly where necessary. Many thanks. Dr Neeraj Gujral is not on the feeedback/review list so cannot leave positive feedback and thanks.

Always runs late, waited over half an hour for my name to be called, receptionist are extremely rude and nosey even though it's none of their concern as to why a patient needs to be seen.

It's Friday afternoon, 4.50pm....have been trying to get through to the surgery for over 50 minutes, but the phone is permanently engaged. The surgery doesn't shut until 6pm, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out, right? Mind you, on the plus side, the Doctor's are always great. However, for the front of house 'customer facing' bit, I could not recommend this surgery much less.
