Place needs a serious make over and clean. can't get an appointment, was once told the next available appointment was in 2 weeks. Everyone in the local area I have talked to has had major problems with this surgery from lost results, misdiagnosis, 2 people told they were imagining their symptoms (one turned out to lung cancer the other a double hip replacement) This medical centre is third world.

I know it is a big & busy medical centre but the services offered in here are really good. I dealt with other GP surgeries especially in Hounslow/Heston area and they were horrible! Most of the receptionists were really helpful as long as you let them explain the system before demanding whatever you want. Most of the GPs are only working part -time so it is obvious it will be difficult at times to see a doctor of your choice.

Older Doctors Lewis and Hinton, need to retire, they are rubbish. Need to see younger one's or locums if you want to get any help.

The receptionist are totally unhelpful. Every time I phone there between 8:30 and 9 am (which is for booking for emergency appointment ) to get my 4 years old appointment they refused saying fully booked. This is the 3rd time I rang within a week still couldn't get the appointment for my son! I walked in to the surgery in the afternoon just to check whether really busy or not and found out surgery was empty and the receptionist were chatting and enjoying their tea! Disgusting!

Very bad surgery only a handful of good doctors in the practice. The rest are still living in the dark ages and need to give it up.
