Not enough front office staff Poor/ non existent management control Seems training poor Can’t get to see doctor Quality of doctors poor/ not enough doctors Trying to get through on phone impossible You never seem to complete treatment. When you go doctor never know what you are going for and what you have been treated for. Never any follow up to measure effectiveness of treatment Overall on a scale of 1-10 I would bark you a 3 as would a lot of other people. You need more staff throughout, more training and strong mananagement and proper leadership to put it all together.

I think you you need to start from the bottom up and review every aspect of your operation. You need systems in place and proper management to implement them and a system of monitoring your operations to make sure your efforts are effective

Can't get through on the phone. Longest wait time being over 90 minutes. The service is that bad, that I've left as health is now being put at risk.

Everything, rude unhelpful receptionists, who want you if the phone as quickly as possible.

Holding on for 40 minutes to 1 hour to speak to a receptionist is disgraceful. This surgery used to be voted the top one in Cottingham but it certainly isn't now.

Change the tedious music whilst having to hang on or better still stop it altogether

This is the best surgery I have ever registered with. Dr.Williamson is lovely; he listens and gives you time to explain things. Best GP I've ever seen. The nurses are lovely too, as are the reception staff. All are willing to help where they can. Whilst the surgery looks a little weathered, don't let that put you off. The care given is great, so it doesn't matter about the decor in my opinion. Everything is clean and tidy.
