They messed up my prescription so tried phone was told someone would call be back, they did but it ONLY RANG ONCE then hung up.
So rang back I've been waiting in queue for 1 hour 9 minutes and still at position 10.
It's a awful service.
Suggested improvements
At least when call back let it ring more than once.
More people answering the phones.
Also need better communication regarding prescriptions, can't say it's been sent somewhere and you go to collect o my to find that it hadn't.
Was even told I wasn't told that when I have a message on my phone to say it has
