Most of the receptionists are very helpful and it is very useful being able to book appointments online to see a doctor (it's not urgent) and you can order repeat prescriptions online too. When I have had to see a doctor urgently I have always found the receptionists have been able to offer me an appointment the same day. Recently there has been a long wait to see the nurses which makes booking blood tests difficult. It would be good to be able to book these appointments online too.
