I have suffered a lot through pain, and could not get much help, but my grand daughter told me to go to this medical centre, being my age I was a bit nervous but now two years later I am so glad I did, I did not realise how high my blood pressure was or the trouble about my kidneys till I joined you, the only trouble I find is telephoning, on waiting to keep hearing pre recorded messages and say I was 7th in queue, but going into surgery to make an appointment is much easier. But that is the only thing bad I can say about medical centre, everyone that works there are kind and polite.

Unfortunately some of the Gps at this practice are not very sympathetic or thoughtful, preferring to consider everyones problems as emotional and more willing to provide anti-depressants rather than check for physical problems such as under-active thyroid. Not particularly impressed with some of the Gps.
