The receptionists need to accept they are admin people and not medical people they have no right to ask you what is wrong and even when they do they tell you there are no appointments. There should be a triage system where a medical person calls you back. The telephone line is terrible - to be told you are 8th in line is not helpful the line should be engaged so you hang up and not pay loads to wait.
